Part I Building of the Industrial Economy § 1 The industrial economy will be organised and constructed by district and by branch. The organisation and the public-statutory representations of the industrial economy will be organically linked. § 2 The composition by branch of the industry will be divided into a Reich Group Industry with several sub-groups and Reich Group Crafts, Commerce, Banks, Insurance and Energy. Industry Groups will be created within the main group Industry and in the Reich groups of the other branches. They will be organised into professional groups and sub-groups according to the needs. § 3 The Industrial economy will divided into regional groups…. § 6 The existing economic associations as far as possible are to be incorporated into the professional or regional groups and to receive a new legal status…The incorporation will be ordered by the Minister of Economy, if it is not carried out by the associations themselves…. Part IV § 16 the group of the industrial economy has to give professional help and advice to the members of its branch. The head of the group has to lead the group in the spirit of the National Socialist State, and to promote the affairs of the group and its members while considering the interest of the economy and the interests of the state.
